You must turn off your iPhone 6S Plus's LCD screen before you can disassemble it.
For a few seconds, hold the power button at the top.

Slide to the right to activate the red "power off" button.

The iPhone 6S Plus SIM Card Tray is located on the right side, near the power button (on/off/sleep).

Push the SIM card tray ejector tool into the small hole (circled red in the first photo) and then push the button to release it.

Now, the SIM card tray for your iPhone 6S Plus has been disassembled.

Use a T5 screwdriver to remove the two red screws in the image.

These screws can be found on either side of the lightning connector.

These two screws hold the iPhone's bottom portion of the screen in place.

As shown in pictures 1 and 2, the suction cups should be located near the bottom of the home button.

You will need to ensure that the suction cups are securely attached to your iPhone. Next, close the handle on the iSclack and pull the front panel upwards from the rear case to separate the suction cup.

The display assembly is held to the rear panel by a black seal on the sides and a white seal at the top and bottom.
Use a cruciform screwdriver to remove the five red-colored screws.

These screws are what hold the connector bracket for the display assembly. It's possible to remove them with tweezers.

These screws hold the earpiece speaker bracket in place.
